what is the experimental yogi?

Hi everyone

My name is Rhiannan and I have been practicing yoga for about a year, although I wish I had discovered it much, much earlier. Throughout the year I have gradually increased my practice but I have also discovered some new ways to increase my well being. Through yoga, I have wanted to eat more plant based foods and less packaged, been more kind and less hungry (or is it hangry?), exercised more and sat less, been more mindful and less mindless.

Do you see a pattern here? In these terms, yoga has value added to my life and I'd love to share with you all the ways this has happened.

Of course, I am not perfect and won't ever claim to be but let's celebrate our imperfections and our differences.
